In order to serve you better, a new organization has been put in place. The clear distinction between the development and implementation activities aims to:

• Ensure an optimal management of the different versions installed at our clients
• Guarantee the quality of all our services related to our main product SELECT System^®, such as documentation, maintenance, training and assistance.

S2M confides strongly in its Quality § Method department, which is responsible for implementing standards and procedures, and reports directly to the Managing Director. After having guided successfully the structuring of the maintenance activity, the standardisation of the development and implementation activities is now being processed.

Expertise and Dedication

The human dimension is at the very heart of our project. Every day, we build our organization knowing that our people are our real capital.
A new organization chart and career programs have been developed to reinforce our staff's commitment so as to ensure a constant high quality : it is not by mere chance that over 15 engineers, projects managers and project sponsors chose to join our team since July 2001. Most of these people brought with them a successful experience, be it from Morocco or abroad.

A constant investment in R&D

The application of the new technologies in the payment means sector (e-banking, m-banking…) and the generalization of the EMV-compliant smart card will have an important impact on the existing information systems.
In order to assist its clients in the very best way, S2M has set up an ambitious program in which these new technologies will give clients the edge in their market, allowing them to deploy new services (e-purse, fidelity points, marketing programs, transport, telecom…)

The new native EMV version of our software package SELECT System^® brings indeed a whole new vision of a payment systems server :

• User-friendly, treatment per Workflow and assisted use
• Open, being able to interface in standard version with any banking institution or internal application, compliant with ISO8583 standards,
• Modular; the different modules being completely independent from each other, which allows for a seamless combination with pre-existing products,
• Full web based IP, in order to benefit from the generalization of the TCP/IP protocol as a communication tool, chosen by most of the constructors of payment terminals and international cardholder management systems.
